What happens if a generation fails?
If a generation fails for a technical reason, the exact credits are returned to your balance automatically and the refund appears in your transaction history. If the generation succeeds but you dislike the result, it is not refunded, because the work was done. Trying again costs new credits.

Yes. Videos generated on Musevate carry no watermark and every plan includes commercial use. You keep the rights to what you generate.
