The service

Musevate generates video from your text prompts and images using third-party AI models, and stores the results in your account.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

Credits

• Generations are paid for in credits, and the cost is shown before you confirm.
• If a generation fails for a technical reason, the exact credits are refunded automatically.
• If a generation succeeds but you do not like the result, it is not refunded — a new attempt costs new credits. AI output varies by nature.
• Credits have no cash value and are not exchangeable for money.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload and, as between you and us, to what you generate. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service: to store your files and to send your inputs to the AI provider performing the generation.

You must have the rights to everything you upload. Do not upload material you do not own or have permission to use, and do not use the service to depict a real person without their consent.

We only feature your content publicly if you explicitly agree to it.

Acceptable use

You may not use Musevate to create or distribute:

• Sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual sexual content.
• Content that impersonates a real person in order to deceive.
• Material that incites violence or hatred, or is otherwise unlawful.
• Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules. Output is also subject to the policies of the underlying AI providers.

Availability

The service depends on third-party AI providers and may be interrupted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any particular model stays offered.

Liability

Liability, warranty, indemnity, governing law and jurisdiction clauses need legal drafting for your company and market.
