What happens to your work

Where your videos live, who can reach them, what we do with your prompts, and the two places where we are deliberately not making a promise.

Who can see your videos

Nobody but you, unless you share them. Videos are stored in a private bucket that serves nothing to an unauthenticated request. When you watch or download one, the link is signed and expires within the hour; it is generated for your session and is not a permanent address that could be passed around or guessed.

Your generations are scoped to your account at the database level, not only in the interface, so another customer cannot reach them by changing an id in a URL.

What we do with your prompts

We do not train on your work. Not your prompts, not your videos, not the images you upload. Nothing you make here is used to improve a model, ours or anyone else's.

We do not show your work to anyone else either. Nothing appears on this site as an example unless we put it there deliberately, and we do not do that with customer work.

Generating a video necessarily involves specialist AI infrastructure processing your prompt. The privacy policy sets out exactly which categories of processor are involved, where they operate, and the safeguards that cover transfers — in the detail the law requires rather than the summary this page can give.

What you own

What you generate. No watermark on any plan, commercial use included, and no rights retained by us over your output.

Read the terms

What happens when something fails

If a generation fails for a technical reason the exact credits go back to your balance automatically, and the refund is written to your transaction history where you can see it. There is no support ticket to raise and no discretion involved.

How the account itself is protected

Administrative access to the platform requires a second factor, not just a password. Payment details never touch our servers — card data goes directly to Stripe, and we hold a reference rather than a number.

Deleting your account removes your generations and the files behind them. That deletion is real rather than a flag on a row.

Two things we are not promising

Your videos are stored in one place. They live in a single object store with the durability that store provides, and we do not keep a second independent copy. If a video matters to you, keep your own copy — the download is there for exactly that. We would rather say this than let you assume otherwise.

We do not guarantee any particular model stays available. Models are retired and their prices change, sometimes with little notice, and that is outside anyone's control but the people who build them. The routing engine exists precisely so it is our problem rather than yours: when a model goes, requests move to the next best one that can serve them and your workflow does not change. But a specific model you have pinned may stop being offered.

Reporting something

If you find a security issue, email [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce it. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine vulnerability in good faith and does not exploit it beyond what is needed to demonstrate it.
